The pool definitely needs regular maintenance!!! The back door being unlocked made me uneasy about security!!! I would prefer better oversight on early check-in policies to enhance guest experience!!!

I really loved how central the hotel was, making it super easy to explore interesting spots like the charming Cove of Chestertown and the lovely art galleries on High Street all within walking distance. The breakfast options kept me fueled for all my city adventures.

The Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and clean, which was awesome. The beds were really comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. However, the shower light was out, and we had some trouble with the sink draining. But the staff handled it quickly by giving us a new room, so that was cool. Overall, we enjoyed our two-night stay!

Had a great time at this hotel with my friends! We loved visiting Betterton Beach and exploring the local parks. The rooms were clean, and it was nice to have breakfast included. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Unfortunately, the elevator broke down during our stay, which was quite frustrating with the number of bags we had.
